Returns & Refunds

Quick summary

Most items are produced on demand for your order. We happily fix defects, damage, misprints, or lost-in-transit issues. We can’t accept returns for buyer’s remorse, wrong size, or wrong color—please check the size chart before ordering.

If there’s a problem with your order

If your item arrives misprinted, damaged, defective, or it never arrives, email crew@brooklyn-air.com within 30 days of delivery (or within 30 days of the estimated delivery date for lost packages).
Please include:

  • Order number

  • Brief description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the product/print and the packing slip (if available)

Once approved, we’ll replace the item at no cost or issue a refund to your original payment method.

Note: Small variations in print placement (up to ~0.5") and minor color differences between screens and fabric are normal and not considered defects.

Non-returnable items

Because items are made for you when you order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Wrong size, color, or change of mind

  • Final-sale items and gift cards

Don’t send items back unless we ask

Please do not mail items back unless our team provides return instructions. Unsolicited returns can’t be accepted.

Address issues & unclaimed packages

If an order can’t be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address or goes unclaimed, we can arrange a reprint at cost or a partial refund (original shipping is non-refundable).

Refund timing

After an issue is approved, refunds are processed to your original payment method. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.

European Union customers

Your statutory rights (including the 14-day right of withdrawal) may apply. Items produced to order may be exempt from withdrawal under local law, but we will always replace or refund for defects, damage, or non-delivery. If you believe your order qualifies for withdrawal, email crew@brooklyn-air.com.
